Delete your account
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled Color. Requests are reviewed and processed manually within 30 days.
Send a deletion request
Email us from the address registered to your Color account and say that you want to delete your account and associated data. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you.

Or request it in Color
Open Profile, open your account menu, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps to receive your request status in the app.
What happens to your data
Processing removes your account, profile and associated artwork, drafts, private Library content, projects, palettes and social records, subject to the retention needs below. Published artwork is removed from discovery. Files already downloaded or sent for an authorized print order cannot always be recalled.
What may need to stay
We may retain records needed for existing orders, refunds, payouts, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, security and legal obligations. Backups and object history follow their retention and recovery processes. We explain relevant retention when confirming completion; deletion is not a promise to erase financial or legally required records immediately.
Memberships and orders
Your account and membership remain active until the request is processed. To stop future renewals sooner, use Membership in your artist dashboard or email us for help. Deletion does not cancel an order already in production or remove fees already owed.
