For help with Color, email hello@colorapp.art. Include the account email and, for a print purchase, the order number shown in My Purchases. Keep passwords, verification codes and card details out of your message.
Print orders
Open My Purchases from Profile to view your order, latest status and package tracking. If a print arrives damaged or differs from the order, contact us with the order number and photos of the print and packaging.
Artist memberships
Open Membership from your artist dashboard to view your plan, billing month and available management options. Contact us if you cannot access your account or need help stopping renewal.
Account and privacy requests
Use our account deletion page to request deletion without installing the app. For a copy of your information or another privacy request, email us from your registered account address.
